Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
Welcome to the country of Mt. Everest! As you arrive in Tribhuvan International Airport, our representatives will receive you and transfer to the hotel which we have booked in Kathmandu. Hotel staffs will complete check in and manage for your accommodation. We organize welcome dinner in the hotel in the evening with our team.

Day 02: Kathmandu to Pokhara drive by Tourist bus - 7 hrs.
After breakfast, we leave Kathmandu and drive to Pokhara through Prithivi Highway. On the way, we enjoy the overwhelming view of rocky hills while going along the river. The road is smooth but traffic jam may disturb. We stop in Kurintar for a cup of tea / breakfast from where we view the Cable-car’s sliding up and down to Manakamana. And we will again start our driving towards Pokhara. The Lunch will provide on the way to pokhara. Dinner.Overnight stay in a hotel in Pokhara city. Hotel & Breakfast


Day 03: drive to Nayapul 55km and Trek to hot sparing (1730m) .7-8 hrs
After having breakfast early in the morning drive to Nayapul and you will start your trek to Tikedhunga. At a 30minutes walk from Nayapul. You will reach to Birethati, here you have to show your trekking permit and TIMS in the National Park Office. After a short stops, and trail slightly goes hot sparing, follow the ModiKhola, village of syaulibazar, Queme new bridge and finally crossing several rice field beautifully settled hamlets and reach to hot sparing jhinudanda. Dinner and overnight stay in Lodge.

Day 04: Jhinu dada to Dovan trek (2400m.)- 6 hrs.
After Breakfast, Trail slightly goes uphill to Chhomrung. The sanctuary trail goes uphill to modikhola valley and then continues jhinudanda near hot spring before steeps climbs to Taklung village and further uphill to Chhomrung village. Chhomrung at 2210m last permanent settlement in the valley. We will Trek down to Chhomrongkhola (river) and then climb up to Sinuwa in 3 hrs. From here we enter into steep valley towards Annapurna sanctuary at the buttresses of Annapurna South and Fishtail. From Sinuwa we will climb down to Modi River at the little hemlet of 'Bamboo' in 2 hrs. Overnight Stay in lodge. Breakfast +Lunch + Dinner


Day 05: Dovan to Deurali/ MBC trek (3230m). 5hrs
We pass through a bamboo forest which is damp and cold then ascend steadily with a few steep sections. It is only after reaching Himalaya Hotel that the forest opens up and we are out in the sun again with astounding views of the glacial river below. It is a steep climb up through a much drier forest before reaching Hinku Cave. From here we can see the trail drop closer to the river before climbing again to Deurali, the most scenic stretch of the day. The vegetation is sparser, allowing magical views of the valley, the river below, and the sheer rock-face cliffs above with bands of wispy waterfalls. Overnight in Deurali. Breakfast+Lunch + Dinner


Day 06: Deurali/ MBC to Annapurna Base Camp Trek (4130m.) 5hrs.
Climb gently through a river bed then over a steep trail over to the mountain side. The hike from Bagar to Machhapuchhre Base Camp is somewhat strenuous. From Machhapuchhre basecamp we get excellent views of the majestic Machhapuchhre along with Mt. Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Annapurna III, Gandharvachuli and Gangapurna which is certainly a rewarding experience. The vegetation disappears on our way to ABC and the path widens as we enter the Annapurna sanctuary. From here, we get sensational views of the near-vertical south face of Annapurna towering above us. The sanctuary boasts of a dynamic view without anything impeding the 360-degree panorama. From the base camp we again get to savor mesmerizing views of the Machhapuchhre, Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Hiunchuli and other peaks. Overnight at Annapurna Base Camp. Breakfast +Lunch + Dinner


Day 07: Annapurna Base Camp to Sinuwa trek (2200m). 5-6 hrs
From the Annapurna base camp we retrace our steps to Bamboo. Today’s trek is downhill, so it shouldn’t be very difficult. Besides, we will always have the company of the extraordinary landscape to cheer us up. Overnight in Sinuwa. Breakfast, Lunch and Hotel


Day 08: Sinuwa to Pokhara. 7-8 hrs
Early in the morning we will provide breakfast in lodge.We follow the same trail that we took to climb up till Chhomrong. Climb down steely on the stone steps to the village of Jhinu. Then head down half or hour to natural hot spring pool in the Shore of Modi River. From Jhinu, we will basically traverse along the Modi River to Nayapul from where we started our trek in 5 hrs. We will be picked up by a mini bus for a drive to Pokhara. After reaching Pokhara, you will check-in into hotel and at Night time you will offer farewell dinner for all trekking staffs that helped you to make your mountain trip awesome. Overnight in Pokhara. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Hotel


Day09: Drive back to Kathmandu by Tourist Bus. 7 hrs and Departure in evening
After breakfast, you will pick up by our min bus for Kathmandu drive. You will be transferred to Airport Before 3 hours of scheduled flight, our representatives will take you to the TIA. We hope you will be planning for another adventure-trip while you are on returning back to your homeland. You can extend your Nepal stay if you have time and money too.

Day 01:  Arrive in Kathmandu
After landing at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu from your designated destinations, you will be received by a representative of the travel company at the arrival gate who will then transfer you to you allotted hotels.  If the time persists, you can either visit the city or relax at the hotel to overcome your jet lag. O/N at Hotel

Day 02: trek preparation
After breakfast, there will be seminar for you to attend to discuss about the upcoming trekking plans. O/N at Hotel

(Sunday- 07.04.2019)
Day 03: Fly to Lukla (35 min) and trek to Phakding (2652m). 3-4 hrs
Ideally, we will arrive in Lukla between 7 – 9 am, so that you can have breakfast and start walking mostly down hill for a relaxed walk on your first day.  The total hike should take 3-5 hours, depending on if you will travel to Phakding or Monjo.  If you go to Phakding (2,650m/8,694ft) it will be about 3 hours walking and if you are going to Monjo (2,850m/9,350ft) it will take approximately 5 hours.  If we are going to Monjo, we will have lunch in Phakding and then continue onto Monjo, arriving in the afternoon. When you arrive, you will check into your room and spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing and starting the acclimatization process. Make sure you keep well hydrated; drinking 3 to 4 liters of water a day is essential all the way through the trek. 9km/ 5.6 miles to Phakding or Monjo will be 13km/ 8.8 miles.

( Monday - 08.04.2019)
Day 04: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m). 6-7 hrs
For the first couple of hours you will get to cross some of the famous suspension bridges, while gradually moving up-hill towards the entrance to the Sagarmatha National Park, the official entrance to the Everest Region.  You continue down hill on for a short time before it levels out to flat ground on mixed terrain. The trail then follows the river to the final high suspension bridge before you begin the long ‘Namche Hill’, which can take 2 hours, to reach the Sherpa village of Namche Bazaar. The total for today’s trekking is usually 6 hours long with plenty of breaks and rest along the way. From Phakding to Namche is 11.3 km/ 7.02 miles.

(Tuesday - 9.04.2019)
Day 05: Acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar.
Today is one of our acclimatization trek days.  As you trek up behind Namche Bazaar, the trail is quite steep and you can feel the lack of oxygen while you ascend 460m/1,509ft to Shangbouche Airport, then cross the runway and head another 100m/ 328ft up to Shangbouche Hill at 3,900m/ 12,795ft. We will enjoy the stunning views and relax for 30-45 minutes before returning back to Namche. This trek is an essential part of the acclimatization process and usually takes approximately 4 hours. 3km/ 1.8 miles.

(Wednesday 10.04.2019)
Day 06: Namche to Tengbuche (3867m). 5-6 hrs
Today we will hike towards Tengbouche, at 3,900m/ 12,795ft. After ascending out of Namche, the first 2 hours are relaxed walking, traversing the left hand side of the valley, high above the valley floor.  The trail then descends down toward the river for our lunch stop.  From here it will take 2 – 3 hours to hike up the long hill to the town of Tengbouche. This is a gradual but long ascent and the total time will be 5/6 hours of hiking today. 12km/ 7.5 miles.

Thursday - 11.04.2019)
Day 07: Tengbouche to Dingbuche (4358m). 5-6 hrs
From Tengbouche, we will travel to Dingbouche, at 4,400m/ 14,436ft.  The trail starts down-hill and continues very gradually up and down hills before crossing the river and gradually head up hill towards Pangbouche for lunch (Pangbouche was one of the villages on the trail that suffered most from the recent earthquakes), which usually takes 2-3 hours. From there it is a gradual up-hill trek towards the Imja Valley looking towards Island Peak and an hour later arriving in Dingbouche. The total trekking time today will be 5 to 6 hours. 12km/ 7.5 miles.

( Friday - 12.04.2019)
 Day 08: Acclimatization day
Today, we spend another night in Dingbouche to further the acclimatization process. From here we will aim to reach the height of 4,900m/ 16,076ft, gaining 500m/1,640ft, in this acclimatization trek which should take approximately 3 hours.  We will enjoy the views and rest for about 30-45 min. at the high point before dropping back down for lunch and an afternoon of relaxing. 3km/ 1.86 miles and 500m/ 1,640ft of ascent and descent.

(Saturday - 13.04.2019)
Day 09: Dingboche to Lobuche (4828m). 5-6 hrs
From Dingbouche we will head to Lobuche, at 4828m. The trail heads back towards the Khumbu valley and continues on a long and slow trek across a beautiful elevated route towards Dugla, where we will stop for a while to eat lunch and rest. This stretch usually takes 2 hours and after lunch, from Dugla to Lobuche, will be an additional 3 hours with plenty of rest stops. After stopping at Dugla we have a long up hill section over the Thukla Pass to top out at the Everest Memorial, before heading on to Lobuche.  We will be trekking for a total of 5 hours today. 12km/ 7.5 miles.

( Sunday - 14.04.2019)
 Day 10: Lobuche to Gorakshep-EBC - Gorakshep (5160m-5365m-5160m). 7-8 hrs
Today we travel from Lobuche to Gorak Shep at 5,160m. Today’s trek is very beautiful and unique, crossing a lot of loose rock and Glacier moraine.  The up and down trail into GorakShep takes approximately 3 hours.  We will have lunch here before continuing an additional 3 hours to reach Everest Base Camp, where we will spend some time enjoying the Base Camp of the World’s highest mountain! The hike back to Gorak Shep is a another 2 hours, bringing this long day to end after a total of 7 or 8 hours of hiking.  Today is very challenging day for most people. 10km/ 6.2 miles

(Monday - 15.04.2019)
Day 11: Hike to Kalapatthar, trek down to Pheriche (5555m-4358m). 7-8 hrs
After a good nights rest in Gorak Shep, thosthoseve who feel ready and able, will wake up very early and hike up Kala Phattar to see the sun rise over Everest. This is a difficult 3 hour up-hill hike which is very hard work, but well worth it for the amazing views of Everest in the early morning. Once you return back to Gorak Shep, you will have breakfast and return all the way to Pheriche at 4358m. Which can take 4 hours, making the total amount of time walking 7 hours today. 18km/ 11.2 miles

(Tuesday - 16.04.2019)
Day 12: Trek down to Namche Bazaar (3440m). 7-8 hrs
Today we will trek from Pheriche back to Namche Bazaar.  Today is another long day and can take approximately 7 to 9 hours. As you are heading down-hill, to lower levels of altitude and you can cover the ground quicker than on the way up. When you get back to Namche you will get to enjoy the delights at the Namche Bakery or play a few rounds of pool at Cafe Danfe before we rest up for the long walk back to Lukla tomorrow. 22km/ 13.7 miles

( Wednesday - 17.04.2019)
Day 13: Trek down to Lukla (2652m). 7-8 hrs
This long day and can be one of the hardest as your body is tired after the trek. You start the day going back down Namche Hill and then the long stretch back to Lukla.  You will pass Phakding before starting the last up hill section into Lukla where we will sleep for one more night.  Today’s trek can take 7 to 8 hours. 21km/ 13 miles

Day 14: Fly back to Kathmandu (1300m). 35 min fly
Today your legs get a break as you only have to trek to Lukla Airport and fly back to Kathmandu, which is only about 10 minutes walking!

Day 15: Departure to the Airport

0830am : Meet at the lobby and transfer directly to starting point located at Kampung Lingkubang, Kota Belud 1hours 30minute drive
1000am : Once arrive at starting point, guest are to start gearing up and are techniques and procedures White Water Rafting adventure begin! Rafting will take place for approximately 1hour 30minute depending on water level for a distance of 10km
1200pm : Arrive at ending point at Kg Taginambur. Freshen up, rest and enjoy the buffet lunch served
1230pm : Depart ending point to transfer back to Hotel
1400pm : Estimated time of arrival at Hotel

Kiulu White Water Rafting (Level 2)

0830hrs : Meet at hotel lobby and transfer to Wavehunters Asia Based Camp (Clothes Changes and preparation for rafting).
1000hrs : Transfer Kiulu Town (Starting point) All participant need to sign a liability Release Form, for children below 12 years old parents or legal guardian’s signature will be required.
1030hrs : Start rafting.
1200hrs : Lunch will be served upon arrival at Wavehunters Asia Base Camp. Changing room and shower also will be providing at the base camp.
0130hrs : Tour End.

Padas White Water Rafting (Level 3)

0500hrs : Meet at hotel lobby and transfer to Beaufort Railway Station.
0700hrs : Arrived at Beaufort Railway Station.
0750hrs : Transfer on to a local train which will go through the country side. Journey from Beaufort Railway Station to Pangi Base Camp takes about 2 to 2.5 hours. During the journey to Pangi, stop at Rayoh Railway Station for luggage dropping/ changing clothes.
0930hrs : Upon on arrival at Pangi, a safety briefing will conducted by our qualified river guide before starting the ultimate raft down Padas River.
1030hrs : Start Rafting The rafting experience will last approximately 1.5 -2 hours (depending on water level).
1300hrs : Lunch.
1400hrs : Board the train for the return trip to Beaufort and continue to Kota Kinabalu by bus.
1800hrs : Estimated time arrival at Kota Kinabalu.

Day 1 (Pack Lunch / Dinner) 0700hrs: Pick-up from your hotel lobby and depart on a 2 hrs journey to Kinabalu Park Headquarter. Collect your packed lunch.
0900hrs: Our guide will arrange for all necessary registrations, assign you a mountain guide and apply for your ID TAG. Remember to wear your ID TAG at all times. You'll then be transferred to starting point – Timpohon Gate – where your journey and quest to the summit of Borneo’s highest mountain begins! The climb will take approximately 4-5 hours. The trek will pass by different vegetation zones from Oak and Chestnut to mossy and eventually to alpine type of vegetations. Arrive Panalaban Base Camp @ 3272m and check into your accommodation. Buffet Dinner at Laban Rata Restaurant and overnight.
Day 2 (Supper / Breakfast / Lunch) 0200hrs: Wake up for early supper and depart for continuation of journey towards the summit of Mount Kinabalu. The journey up to the Low's peak @ 4,095m will test your fitness and determination. Depending on speed of trekking, you might be able to experience the glorious sunrise over the majestic Mt. Kinabalu if weather permits.
0700hrs: Descend back to Panalaban Base Camp for late breakfast and check out. Trek down to Timpohon Gate for transfer back to the Kinabalu Park Headquarter (est. arrival 1300hrs to 1500hrs).
Congratulations, you can now collect your Certificate of Achievement!
Buffet Lunch will be served at the Balsam restaurant in Kinabalu Park. Transfer back to Kota Kinabalu City. Journey takes approx. 2 hrs.

Day 1 (Dinner) Pickup from your hotel lobby or airport and depart on a 2 hours journey to Kinabalu Park Headquarter. En route passing by villages and a panoramic vista of the valleys of the Crocker Range. Along the way, take a brief stop at Nabalu. Nabalu is a place where the local natives gather to sell local produce, fruits, home grown vegetables and handicraft souvenirs. Check into Kinabalu Park Hostel or similar. Rest of the day you are free at leisure. Dinner will be served at Balsam Restaurant and overnight.
